Fit perfectly on the 3x2 velcro spots and very firmly held by the hooks. The elastic bands are very snug and holds my gear effectively. Would buy again.

The large loop wasn't as big as I though. Was hoping to use it to hold a small surefire light (E1E) and a couple of pens. The loops were all way too small. The small loops could possibly hold a pen that is extremely skinny, like a pencil. Unfortunately, most nice pens are much thicker and won't fit. The large loop was even too small for my flashlight.My other issue is the choice of Velcro for the backing. It's the "low pile" type, so it doesn't have much holding power. In fact, I found myself ripping it off the holder from the Velcro when simply trying to stuff a normal sized pen in the holder..... I'm going to keep it and try and find some use for it though...

I love this thing, I use it to hold a lighter and a fire starter and they don’t budge, I’ve gone on hikes and they won’t move at all.

Definitely keeps my pens in place at work
