Missing part?
Bought as a birthday present for my granddaughter. Attached the strap at the bottom of the guitar but there was nothing to attach it to at the top? Viewed the product image again and the strap appears to attach at the back of the head but there's nothing there?? Otherwise it arrived on time, in good condition.

Impossible to tune
I wasn’t expecting a professional grade guitar , however I was expecting one that could be tuned !Some of the frets are out and the 6th string just spins round when trying to tune it.
