Just okay
I love a good soak and am pretty much a connoisseur of bath stuff. I have even been known to make my own bath salts. Which is why I wasn’t overly impressed. I’ll start with the negative. First, given the price, and the fact that there is only two cups of bath salts (1 pound), I felt the value wasn’t there. I can buy a premium bag of lavender scented epson salts that is three times the size and half the cost. Not only will it smell nicer, but it will provide the same level of muscle relief or better. Secondly, I used half this bag, and barely got any scent. I didn’t want to use the whole bag on one tub, because the scent is so minimal even in the bag, I was pretty sure even a whole bag wouldn’t have gotten me the scent I was looking for.On to the positive. It dissolved well and left my skin feeling soft. And it has nice ingredients. But I’ll just stick with regular lavender scented epson salts that provide a better bath, a better scent, and a better value.

Mild lavender fragrance but very soothing and relaxing
I have been using Epsom salt bath soaks for many years. They are fantastic for stress relief, relieving minor muscle pain, and just for some relaxing me time. I normally buy a large, unscented 8 lb bag at a local mass market store because I use so much of it. However, I do enjoy trying different scented ones when I come across them! This Daily Remedy Calming Lavender Body Soak doesn't have an overpowering scent. Sometimes floral fragrances can be headache inducing and incredibly perfumey. This was rather mild and perfect to use before bedtime to help me relax. I occasionally have trouble falling asleep so soaking with this before bed really helped. You can definitely smell the tea tree oil, too, which I think creates a nice combination with the light lavender. The Epsom salt takes longer to dissolve in water than my usual brand. I would recommend starting off with super hot water when you first put the salt in as it helps it dissolve quicker. Then you can adjust the water temperature to your liking once it's dissolved. I always swirl it around with my hand while the tub is filling up to help the process along as I really don't like getting in with undissolved pieces of salt under my bum. :)As for pain relief, it works just as well as plain Epsom salts. No better, no worse. I used it on my heavy workout days and it does help relieve a lot of the soreness. You are only getting 1 lb of Epsom salt in this bag so the price is definitely higher than what you can buy at your local drugstore.

A nice lavender / tea tree essential oil bath salt for a power soak …
I decided I’d try the 20-minute power soak to recover from yet another long day. As soon as I opened the bag, I loved the smell of combination of essential oils, especially the tea tree. There are some ingredients added to the salt, which I’ve listed below. Obviously, if you need anything fragrance-free, take a pass. The aroma was mesmerizing, but wasn’t overpowering in the bath water. The soak consists of adding about ½ to 1 cupful to the water, much less than most bath salts. I took a long soak, for about thirty minutes or so.The soak was totally relaxing and comfortable. My skin was soft and supple when I emerged from the water. Although it doesn’t say so on the label, these salts can be used in any number of ways, including in foot soaks and added to oil / body wash for exfoliating. Very pleased with this blend of salts / essential oils, however, it’s way too pricey for what you’re getting as this is only a one-pound bag.INGREDIENTS:Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt), Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Bicarbonate, Lavender Essential Oil, Tea Tree Essential Oil, Geranium Essential Oil, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).

Lovely light scent but I needed the whole bag to get there...
DAILY REMEDY Calming Lavender Body Soak with Epsom Salt - Made in USA - Soothe, Moisturize, Relax and Revitalize Tired Achy Muscles. Perfect for a Goodnight Sleep. 16 OuncesI am a huge fan of a relaxing bath at the end of the day, and Epsom salt soaks are a marvelous way to achieve the perfect blend of soothing scent and soothing muscle relaxation. This Daily Remedy Calming soak has a very nice true lavendar scent that is not chemical-feeling or overwhelming. The instructions say to use 1/2 - 1 cup of salt (the bag is 2 cups), but I had to use the full bag to achieve a noticeable aroma in my large soaking tub.The salts melted very well and didn't leave any ring or powder residue in my tub after the bath. The scent was lovely but didn't rise all that much - to truly relish the scent, I had to have my nose pretty close to the water. It did leave a modest scent on my skin after the bath though, which was pleasant without being too much.
