Q: why is this $1 isle vitamin e oil from Dollar General, more than $5 here!?

I was coming here to say the same thing!

Q: can i use this for stretching my ears?

No. It is mostly used on skin - hands, feet, arms, etc., - for hydration.

Q: Can this be used on lips

Its says on the bottle do not ingest so be cautious if you do put on lips but i wouldn't buy this if thats going to be your sole use for it. I mainly used it on chest and thighs where i had stretch marks. I hope this helps
