I'm new to this type of product so I really don't know what to expect. Unfortunately the package doesn't help with the questions. The only directions say take once a day. I had to hunt in the product description to find that it is recommended that it be taken on an empty stomach. There is no pamphlet included identifying what results are expected, how long before you may experience the effects, or even if there may be side effects. I'm at a loss to be able to say it is effective or not. I have only been taking it for four days, have not noticed any type of change, but then again I don't know what to be looking for. It would be most helpful if more information was included.

I do a Dr. Sara Gottfried guided Hormone Reset Detox 4 times a year and take these supplements to gently show my liver the love it deserves. I also keep them on hand to consume if I've eaten a food I shouldn't to help my body remove the toxins so I can feel better.

Dr. Sara has an amazing program for getting our hormones back on track- this is a fantastic, yet gently detox supplement- I use it about every 2-3 months to stay cleaned out:)
