When returning from our Israel trip last year, we brought Yoffi Silan home and it was delicious! It has an inherent bitterness that balances the sweetness and it's the perfect addition to English Breakfast tea. We ordered Yoffi's so-called "Date Syrup" when we ran out, and I have to say that in our experience it lacked the signature bitter undertone and richness of the one labeled "Silan" and it tasted significantly sweeter, less distinctive. We switched to this product and now it's on our "Subscribe and Save" so we never run out for our morning tea. Highly recommend.

I do love it, I bake apple cake (not pie), and spread some on top, it gives a special sweet taste.

So happy I found this product!Delicious, sugar free and versatile.
