Our User Guide comes inside the box and is written in complete English so it's easy to understand. - If you use Emoji Smart Finder to your kids, pets or luggages and other valuables and you are out in the public or travelling, make sure that you turn on the "Disconnection Notification" so that you will get alerted everytime the smart finder lost it's connection. In this way you will keep track of all your loved ones and belongings even if you get side tracked with other things. - You need to remember that in order for the "Lost Location" to work properly, you need to activate your GPS app on your phone, otherwise, once the smart finder lost connection, it will only give a general idea of the location where you last had your object. - When finding keys and trying to listen to the key finder buzzer, although ours is the loudest in the market, some noise will drown the key finder buzzer, so it is just smart to turn down/stop all the other noises in your sorroundings (i.e. volume of TV and stereo, kids screaming, barking dogs, loud washer/dryer, etc.) when trying to listen to locate your keys/other device(s).
