Handy and easy to use

This product looked really good and a strong contender so after a lot of research into different monitors we went with this one.We soon found it was completely useless and it doesn’t connect! It constantly beeps at you, the parent unit will not connect to the camera, the camera won’t pair when holding down the pair button, it doesn’t flash or anything. I’ve tried all troubleshooting and it just does not work, so it’s a huge waste of money. Avoid if you don’t want to give yourself a headache and don’t even bother thinking you may be able to get it to work because i’ve tried for hours and it is just so faulty its unbelievable

The Hubble baby monitor works great, everything easy to get out of the box. Quick start info was spot on. Came with uk plugs, It’s 3rd child for us, so pro’s with baby tech - it was easy to mount the camera above changer unit / cot bed then get setup.Both mum, dad and the grand parents love using this one more than previous monitors. We love how easy you can speak / quietly request supplies / help upstairs, rather than having to shout up requests and wake up little ones.For sure, the Hubble touchscreen menus are way better than the clicky button Motorola unit we had last time around. We both like the range of tunes on the music soothing menu, we use them in the middle of the night during nappy changes. The touchscreen is used for pretty much all functions and seems great so far. The camera view can be adjusted, from where we need it set up - day changer unit / night cot bed (different angles) - so easy for both of us to use, no issue on the transmission range or battery life, as when we carry the screen around our 3 story house or carry the screen out into our detached garage. Going to order another one to put in our older kids loft playroom, to keep an eye on their screen time / gaming choices and easily call them down for meals. Good job Hubble

First impressions were good - Both the camera and the parent unit are really well built and on initial testing the picture quality seemed more than adequate. After about a week of use, I was ready to throw the thing out of the window. The CONNECTION ISSUES are enough to drive anyone insane. In short, if you're happy to only use the camera and the included parent unit as a monitor, it'll probably do the job... Though it will need plugging in as the battery won't last all night. If you're buying this with a view to being able to use the Hubble app and utilise your mobile as a monitor, don't waste your money, because it doesn't work. Once paired, it remains connected for maybe 5 minutes and then appears 'offline' and that's that. Restart, repair, connected, disconnected. Just buy something else.

I read the other product reviews before purchasing the product, but optimistically hoped ours would work fine as it had all the features we wanted in a baby monitor and for a great price. Sadly though, the reviews were entirely accurate. With our first night of using it the monitor lost connection with the camera and nothing we tried managed to fix it. Even when we tried connecting the device to our phones, the pairing button didn’t seem to do anything, so this didn’t work either. The second night the monitor and camera were suddenly connected again, but every few minutes they would lose connection for about 10-20 seconds. We noticed when this happened the camera would click and a red light appeared before it lost connection, then the camera would click again and the light go green, then the connection would be restored.Maybe we could have coped with this intermittent loss of signal, but the picture quality was much worse then we were expecting and the interface on the monitor wasn’t great. Needless to say, this was returned.

So we bought the Hubble Skyview in the summer for our new born. I put the sky view together and it was broken. The camera worked fine however when I plugged it into the pole and plugged the pole in it didn’t work.I returned it for a replacement which arrived within 3 days. Couldn’t fault the customer service and support.We have been using the replacement for approximately 4 months and suddenly to camera stopped connecting to the video monitor and both mobile phones we had connect. The light on the camera was green so there didn’t appear to be any electrical fault however just would not connect. We tried every troubleshooting option. It just would not connect. The product isn’t cheap and you really don’t expect to have two issues with it two separate products over the course of 4 months.Annoyingly when the product works it’s very good, the battery life on the video monitor isn’t great. It lasts a few hours at best, but we would have to charge it every night. Other than that no issues what so ever, the mobile app is good and straight forward. The functions on the camera are also good such as white noise, two way talk and the motion/sound/temperature sensor.Another annoying aspect of the purchase was when the product stopped working I tried to contact Hubble customer service direct via the live chat and social media and there was no service in the UK only the USA. The advice was to go back to the retailer or email the UK based customer service with no estimated reply date.We’ve been issued a refund and will be trying something else

This monitor won’t pair with the app, no matter how many times I’ve tried. I’ve reached out to customer support through the app (customer support doesn’t work through their website) and haven’t gotten a response. Unfortunately I missed the return window.

Ho comprato la camera meno di un anno fa ma l'ho usata primo di ultimi mesi solo 3 volte. Negli ultimi 2 mesi abbiamo trovato una babysitter, lei iniziava a lavorare, quindi ho iniziato a usare la camera quando la bimba dorme tutti i giorni dal lunedì al venerdì. E così si è rotta. Nessuna connessione tra camera e tablet. 2 mesi di lavoro al prezzo di 170 euro... decisamente sconsiglio

Ce Babyphone est de qualité c'est indéniable, mais attendre de recevoir le produit pour se rendre compte qu'il ont fourni des prise anglaises au lieu de française ... plus qu'à prévoir d'acheter un adaptateur UK -> EU si jamais vous décidez de vous tourner vers ce babyphone
