As a former massage therapist, I know how important healthy feet are as the foundation for your entire body. As a current server in a busy wine bar, I know how tired your feet can get after running around for eight hours. I bought these massage balls primarily for my husband who has plantar fasciitis. He has been using them for a couple weeks now, not only on his PF but for trigger point therapy in his back, shoulders and neck. He's been using consistently just about every night for a couple of weeks now and is amazed how much it's helping. These are good quality massage balls! My friend told me that a popular sporting goods store sells one massage ball (similar to the green one) for $15. This set is a great buy! Very SURPRISED of how well these foot massage balls work!! GREAT product and a pouch as a BONUS!!I have tried many things and finally something actually work!! I had very achy feet and they are always cold , i have been using these and my feet feel MUCH better!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! :)I REALLY like the pouch that comes with these massage balls , i can store them when I'm done so i wont lose them ( i cant afford to lose them , they work very well).

Just what it says: great little torture balls to help with recovery. I have had some of these before, but the bag is helpful in keeping them together (and out of my kids' playroom).

I've been running for years from 5k to a 50k, and have bought foam rollers, but never anything for my feet like this. Till now that is. Lately I've been having PF on my right foot. Rolling my feet on each ball, especially the spiky ones, I feel I get the most relief and relaxation from it. Wish I had this back in college for x-country. Shipping was super fast. 5 stars all around! And so worth the price. Me, and my feet thank you!

Impressed. The three sizes of balls are great. The smaller yellow ball helps my wife's plantar fasciitis and I've added the red ball to my martial arts travel pack for muscle, back and shoulder relief. It is more convenient than carting around a foam roller.

These are great for sore tired feet! I work on my feet for really long days and have foot problems from a car accident. I really love using these to help with the painful tired feet. Love the color system for using them to maximize the benefit. Easy to take with me as I travel for work.
