At my job I am constantly standing which always ends up giving me aches in my feet and in my back from crouching over. I’ve tried massagers for my back and they’ve worked well, but I haven’t been able to find anything to help my feet until this.I normally use these for my feet and they’ve been super helpful. My pain and tension is always in the middle of my feet so I constantly just roll my feet over the ball to relieve the tension. It works quite well and I can control the amount of pressure I use which I definitely like. These balls are really cute in terms of its bright colors and they’re rubber so they’re super easy to clean. It also comes with a little bag to keep them in so they don’t just roll around and get lost. It’s not too big either so I can easily bring this around with me to wherever I need. And while I mostly just use this for me feet, these can be used for your back, yoga, and much more.While I didn’t expect much from this, I ended up being pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness of these!

I have never heard of or used balls for or during a massage but when I was told about these balls and I read about them and found out that they are known for helping relieve trigger points in muscles I just had to give them a try! They arrived quickly. My fiancé went to massage school so I have had firsthand experience with deep tissue massages and I absolutely love them. And when we used these balls on our muscles trigger points I felt immediate relief. These balls work just as good as getting a deep tissue massage. They have really helped relieve my fiancé's and my sciatica nerve pain. I highly recommend these to anyone who has tired achy muscles.

I looked at a few different lacrosse massage balls before settling on these. They are a perfect density and work amazing for rolling out tight muscles. Also the colors are awesome!

No complaints here! Does what it's suppose to do. Good weight and size. It has a strong rubber odor at first, but dissipates after a while.

Lifesaver for my back when I am on between massage sessions. Loosens out my knots and so portable.
