Seems like I have more battery life, all is good.

Followed the directions and put it back as directions stated. Won’t turn on. Apple shows up intermittently when plugged in, but completely dead. Had to buy new phone. Pic tool was garbage. Replacement of battery was complicated and screws are ridiculously small. I didnt have a magnetic mat, but I laid everything out on press and seal as I took it apart to make sure the screws and parts coincided with the phone. I’m sure if this is something you do everyday, it wouldn’t take hours to reassemble, but this is not something the average person should attempt.

I have replaced batteries on iPads before without issue, but this kit is laughable. The instructions are in Engrish and have no clear guidance for the proper procedures. In the process I damaged my phone requiring me to replace the phone entirely.Save your money and just go to a phone repair shop. 100% regret.

After 2 months this battery in my iPhone 7 it doesn’t hold a charge. I’m continually plugging it in all day after a charge of 8-9 hrs at night. Yes it works but it’s not an OEM comparison. Install was easy.

The plastic piece that you use to slide around screen to remove was not strong enough

Was hopefully for the extra capacity, but unfortunately, it reports wildly fluctuating power levels (from 80s to 20s up to 30s), and generates too much heat for my liking. Worst is that it shut off the pone - either because of overheat detection or capacity dropping to 0%.
