Tasty and has plenty of uses!
Worked well in a saucisson sec I was making, Along with some Provence herbs (not traditional, I know, an experiment!) spicier than I thought, but very tasty. I’ll find a thousand uses for this, for sure

Bouillabaisse Anyone?
We used this mix to make a very tasty bouillabaisse featuring salmon, clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp . I added some additional seasonings, plus garlic, onions and peppers. It was a big hit at the party

true rouille flavor
Just mix with Mayo for your own taste of the classic rouille that goes so well with bouillabaisse.

Frankly I'm disappointed.
This just did not live up to my expectations. It lacks a robust flavor and has limited heat. Frankly I'm disappointed.
