It’s great if you like mint! I didn’t like the cooling effect but it works fine for bumpy skin and keratosis. Any other aftershave with glycolic or salicylic acid would work the same though.

I have used several other Bevel products and I'm highly impressed with just about all of them. So I decided to give the aftershave a shot, but I was very happy with what I was already using. Well, I'm ready to dump my old aftershave balm in the trash. This product is incredible and completely soothes my skin after a shave. I've become somewhat of a wet shave enthusiast so I tend to try different DE razors, shave creams and soap, but when I use the Bevel razor, shave cream and follow up with this aftershave balm, my face feels better than any other combination of products. And you don't need to use a lot of the aftershave, so although the container is small, I expect it will last quite a while. The other bonus is you can use this product on non-shave days as well. I know this sounds like a sales pitch but I was resistant to Bevel especially when they first started with the subscription program. But once I finally gave them a shot...I am highly impressed with the company and their products. This is one of their best. My only complaint is that there isn't much of a scent but it's actually OK especially when I'm using scented shave soaps.

What you might not think about after your shave in or out of the shower is the accumulation of hair bits/pieces not only on your face (and head if you shave that). You then use water and a towel to try to wash these bits away. However! Your just shaven face most likely catches the towels fabrics while also distributing the hair pieces all over rather than removing them. This no doubt leads to irritation, ingrown hairs, razor burn, and pimples. A pinky tip size amount of this product on each cheek, rubbed in circular motions, actually ejects the hair peices and fabric from your face. It reduces the redness from shaving and saves your face. Buy it :)

I was getting a lot of razor irritation after using head shavers daily but as long as I use this afterwards I get maybe 1% of what I used to.

This product feels awesome on my face after using electric shaver. My skin is smooth, soft but firm feeling, and light pleasant aroma. I haven’t had any razor bumps since using this.
