This was a great addition to my bake-ware and the value to quality was well on target! Easily made pies and tarts and was able to remove in tact and looking lovely!

Non stick, easy use

Great product. Wish the sides were deeper for pies.

The bottom pieces of both pans were quite warped, making it impossible to keep the pans from leaking. Kind of a mess. Too bad, because I like the size of the pans (hence, the two stars, otherwise it would just be one star). I am returning them.Also, the packaging was very poor. The box arrived with one edge torn open because they had only used one short piece of tape to secure the fairly thin cardboard box. The untaped edge of the box had torn open. The pans were not damaged, luckily. I am returning them with a lot more tape on the box than how they arrived.

I work at a restaurant and we use these 11" HOMOW pans a few times a week to make cheesecakes. They've stood up for three months so far without malforming or surface wear. I'll order these again if they last another three months of restaurant kitchen use & abuse.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THESE TART PANS!! My tarts came out perfectly. And, the bottoms popped out so easily and smooth. I did spray them w/ nonstick spray, so that may have helped. but still, they were awesome! So glad I purchased them.
