If you didn't have a chance to read our 'info and about us' section, we are makers and traders of handwoven kilim rugs and carpets. In brief, we name our kilim by the region they come from. When I say we, I mean in Turkey. It is the symbols and motifs which point the region that the kilim comes from but the secret lies in the wool used. So not only the motifs but the wool draws the personality of a kilim rug runner. Here in this section, when we say Kayseri Kilim, we don't only mean that this rug has Kayseri personality by the motifs on her but also the wool is handspun and naturally dyed in Kayseri and brought to our workshop to take this kilim form.
