WAY better than using toothpicks!
I've been playing with decorating cookies with royal icing. These were some of my first actual tools I've bought and I'm so glad I did! The case they come in is great too! I can imagine poking myself if they were running around loose in a drawer.

Favorite scribe tools!
Love these scribe tools. They are sharp, which is so helpful for popping air bubbles in royal icing. I use these scribes in my classes, each student gets one and they love that they get to take them home with them
