The odor is really really powerful. And it lasts for several months. But it's functional other than that.

Very cushy and comforting to stand or sit on
Very unique foldout/foldup tatami mats with a tight grille dried grass pattern. Wonderful fresh scent. And perfect to sleep on top of wooden floorboards! Highly recommend in sets of two, three, or more. Dependent upon the actual size and spacing for the room selected. These are easily removable, perfectly lightweight and cones with its own carrying case for easier flat storage.

Futon molded
I bought this mat to prevent my futon from molding- it failed at fulfilling its functions. It is getting two starts because it is made out of really good materials, but when it comes to its function it is worthless. I wish I could return it.

This is a cheap piece of crap
This is about 1/3 inch thick. One layer of grass and foam underneath. Not worth the price.
