I was experiencing some knee pain ,and gelatin is reported to help alleviate the discomfort so I thought I would give it a try. Seems like it has in conjunction with improved skin and hair conditions. But what really shocked me was when I tried to save money and buy a cheaper brand...after adding that inferior brand to my coffee as is my habit, I got terribly nauseous and was sick. I don't know what was in the other brand, but I immediately threw it out and repurchased this again. I am very pleased with the results, and my body agrees!
