Like the ease of use. Super pleased with the sound quality on the ear piece.

I just plugged it to my cisco ip phone and worked like a charm. Good sound quality, comfortable, and good noise cancelation.Its very adjustable to your head.

I really liked the quality and comfort of the headset. It was just what I wanted. Then it stopped working just passed the 30 return window. Very disappointed. $40 was a lot to pay for something that barely worked.

I have not had an occasion to extensively use them but they are comfortable and the sound seems good. It would be nice to have an adapter to plug into the microphone and earpiece plugs on the computer though. One is shown in the little info sheet.

Purchased this headset to use at work on an older Nortel Network phone. Was impressed that this model came with 2 adapters. Many reviews of other comparable headsets mentioned needing an adapter to make it work with their older phone model. Without an adapter, could not hear dial tone. Tried first adapter, I could hear but my caller could not. 2nd adapter works perfectly. Happy to finally be able to have longer calls hands-free.

Good:Many ways to connect, I had to try all three options to get it to replace the handset on my vtech desk phone.Fairly comfortable.BadThe mic is so quiet that it is barely usable. YMMV I don't know if it is the phone or the headset or the combination of both.

After just one day at work, this headset has made a world of difference! I have been on the phone with a lot of noise going on in the background, and the person on the other end thought I was all alone in the office due to how quiet it was! It's comfortable; the sound quality is great; effortless to disconnect and reconnect the headset. It is also great for going back and forth between my work phone and cell phone to listen to music while working. I highly recommend this headset. Used with Cisco Systems 7960 IP Phone.

This headset is a well made product that exceeds the provided description for quality and function. I accidentally ordered the wrong headset bundle for my phone. I contacted Sunny at MAIRDI customer service and he immediately rush shipped me a new headset. Communications and customer service with this company were fast and excellent. The headset is light weight with good sound quality - both from the earphone and mic. I couldn't be happier with this product.

I ordered this headset as like many of us during this COVID 19 are working from home and with that my BOSE Buds were just not the right choice as I need to focus on my caller. With that this head set has a little too much base which for some calls is slightly hard to understand and I would think especially if they are using a high quality base tone head set - but other than that - I love it. The Ear covers are very padded and really soft.

I bought 30 units to be used with AASTRA desk phones (Centrex - very old office solution) and I received complaints regarding the sound volume, even after replaced some phone sets and communication wires and jacks.

Product was not good at all, don't waste your money. Lasted less then 6 months. There return window policy is very short and now I know why! I would not suggest anyone getting this unit due to poor quality.
