Seriously pissed because I bought this at Walmart for about $2 I couldn't find the serving size on this so I assumed it was more than one! Talk about taking advantage of a consumer!!!!

This is the best tasting and easiest to use gluten free chicken coating for oven backed chicken that I have found. I saw this at my local Food Lion store , gave it a try and was very pleased with the taste and the results. I am also pleased that this product does not contain monosodium glutamate. I have a gluten intolerance and have had a hard time finding a product that could be used to make tasty oven baked chicken - this product does and I highly recommend it. I would also recommend that you shop around - I bought a box of this at my local Food Lion for less than $3.00 and here it is priced over 3 times that amount.

I love this mix! Yes it's only one meal but anything gluten free cost more. It will cover a whole chicken and then some.
