Works as advertised

This cutting board is for more than just pizza. Flip it over and use the other side to cut veggies, fruit, cheese. I love it for five main reasons: 1. it has a handle - I store my cutting boards in a tall thin kitchen cupboard and I can pull it in and out easily and quickly because of the handle. Handle also makes it easy to wash: hold under running tap water and clean with sponge 2. it's lightweight - like reason #1 above, being lightweight makes it easy to clean and move about (in and out of storage). 3. the bamboo is smooth - I purchased other bamboo cutting boards from another seller, and the bamboo was splintery. I was afraid that wood splinters would get in my food. Not so with this cutting board that is smooth. 4. size: it's a nice big size without being too big and 5. price - great price! Because of all of the above, I have no need for another cutting board, reducing kitchen clutter! Love it!

I purchased the fixed handle pizza peel and love it! After giving it an initial wash, I let it dry and gave it a coat of food grade mineral oil (I oil all wood kitchen utensils/cutting boards regularly). I love the two sides, easily lifts the pizza off the baking stone from the oven, and the surface template makes for even , uniform slices, and flip it over for a nice charcuterie board.The peel seems to be high quality, sounds like many of the lower ratings may have been the folding handle model, but I highly recommend this and the fixed handle!

We have used ours for about a year and it is in great shape. We use it a few times per week. It is savings the pizza pans from scratches and scuffs. The pizza also cuts much better with the grooves, no more of the half cut slices. Downside - You can' say I will take the Smallest piece - because they are all the same size :)

Covid19 made me buy this! I started baking bread at the beginning of lock-down, and wanted to move to pizza. I needed a peel desperately and found this. No regrets! Works great and isn't SO big that I can't store it. This is the perfect size for my pizzas (and breads) and I am able to hang it on a set of hooks I have. To clean it I just wipe it with a barely damp towel and hang it up. Great product esp for the price!

The peel was only wrapped in plastic, then put in a large box with just one piece of brown paper that didn't seem to serve any purpose since the peel could slide around in the box. The peel obviously had been sliding around and the edge was damaged. I was able to press it back together a bit, but it still isn't perfect. I did use the peel, and it worked, but I had to use a set of tongs to help get the pizza into the oven off of the peel then back out again onto the peel.
