works great
I bought 2 of these adapters; one for my 2001 Honda Civic, 2 DR and one for my daughter's car, 2002 Toyota Highlander. Both cars came with stock stereos. The adaptors were plug n play. Our apple phones work fantastic and the sound quality is great. I would recommend them to maintain the original look of the car interiors instead of buying aftermarket stereos which would require new wiring and possibly installation kits. This is definitely a cheaper and faster solution.

USB playback barely works.
Was hoping to use this in AP1 S2000 to play MP3 files.I've read enough reviews about products like these, but I was hoping I'd be able to find a stable combination of a USB drive and folder layout that would produce something stable and acceptable. No luck. I tried a dozen of FAT-formatted USB drives of various sizes. Folders named "CD01-02-etc","CD1-CD2-...", numbered folders, you name it. None of those worked acceptably. Even the simplest combination - mp3s only in the root folder (limited to 99 songs that way) produced unstable results. The unit would never resume playback where it stopped on the next startup, always defaulting to the first song. It would also randomly pause for minutes at a time regardless of a USB flash drive (or an SD card via supplied adapter) used. Having extra folders results in frequent lack of playback at all. Switching "CDs" does not work. With 10% hitting next/previous CD buttons would result in a folder actually beginning playback etc.So, if you think YOU can find a stable combination, good luck.Again, this is for AP1 S2000. May or may not work better/worse in other Hondas.

works fine now for 2 months
I got this and use it with my S7 edge on my 2004 honda civic SI and there is no issues of noise (interference) no power loss. works fine now for 2 months , sound is great when your phone is on max volume. The usb cord that comes with it charges the phone, but not fast, normal charge. also the thumb drive that it comes with it i have not used. but it looks like some sort of smart or Msd or sd card reader. IF you need and Aux port but it and dont look back.

The USB & AUX adapter works as intended & is very easy to install and it’s very inexpensive to add onto ...
Purchased this for my 2002 Acura RSX base model so that I could add a USB & auxiliary input to the factory radio without having to fork out a lot of money to replace the factory unit & keeping the stock look of the interior. The USB & AUX adapter works as intended & is very easy to install and it’s very inexpensive to add onto the factory radio. The cons with this device when playing off the usb input is not having the memory to continue playing a song after the car has been shut off and then turned backed on. Sometimes it will repeat playing the same song over & over. I wished the directions are clearly written as I’m still trying to figure out how I can play songs between different folders on a flash drive. For under $30 it’s a cheap upgrade that you can do to your factory radio. Will see how this lasts.

Works as it should
I installed this in my 2003 Acura TL. The installation process was a pain but that's not because of the adapter itself, it's kind of a long process to get to the back of the radio to plug it in. After I plugged the adapter in and put my car back together the adapter works great! I would highly recommend purchasing this adapter to anyone looking to add an aux to their TL or other vehicle that this fits

AUX input noisy, USB input quirky.
i purchased this mainly for the AUX input for a 2002 Civic. The sound is very clear for the AUX and USB inputs. There are, however, two problems with the USB input. The first is that the folder (CD) selection did not work with 6 folders, so you may have to place all you songs in one folder. The second is, after restart, that the music begins with track 1 again. But I mostly use this to play music through my phone, so it works for me. Installation is easy one you get access to the back of the radio.UPDATE:. I wrote the review before I ran the car. A lot of ignition noise on the Aux input. Dropped to two stars.
