This is the second train that I have. The first one is still running great, but I wanted a backup just in case. The original is still working fine and we love it after twelve years of great service. People come just to see it run,it's the hit of the tree.

You will not regret this purchase!
I am very delighted with my purchase. Had a little trouble mounting in the tree as the stabilizer brackets kept falling out. I secured them in with tape, and then no problem. Next time, there will be no trouble putting this train in the tree. This design flaw did not make me want to drop a star, because it is great. I cannot wait for the grandchildren to see it.

A very cute train decoration for a Christmasv tree.
The train will be a very cute addition to my Christmas tree decorations. The is the first train set I will not worry about my grandchildren or dog knocking over.

Does not work on artificial tree
Looks really cute but we couldn't get it to mount on our artificial tree because the pole (trunk) is too thin. Tried at least an hour to make it work and finally gave up. The train is now on the floor around the tree, which defeats the purpose. Really wanted this to work. It did look like it would be awesome if it did. It's also obnoxiously loud, with no volume control or option to silence.EDIT: 1 year later. Bought a live tree this year. This thing is almost impossible to get on the tree. It’s awful. Skip this.

First I got it sooner than expected which made me so happy . I absolutely love it. the only thing I wish that it didn’t make noise every time it runs but I still gave it five stars because I’m so in love with it.
