Kind of silly to have to contact AZ to get to customer service but once you do, you’ll have a way to contact them in the future. At least you’ll have a way to communicate with the manufacturer/seller.I contacted customer service 2 times with questions. They responded with appropriate answers within a reasonable amount of time.The app works well with the PH Probe/Tester. Works well thus far.Good Luck.

Never worked from the start. Calibrated with packages and then even ordered PH solution. You can see it doesn't match even when calibrated several times. Went to order a new one or get it replaced and they raised the price to 60.00?? Its such a cheap ph tool. cant believe now I wasted 40 bucks.

Nothing to gauage accuracy with, but this is certainly easy to use. And there's no interpretation necessary, as with litmus paper.

I'm using this pH meter for garden soil. I was getting ready to add lime to the soil because some my friends said it would help with my tomatoes. I'm glad I got this meter first because my raised bed soil tested at pH 7.1 ... No lime needed. I got the same result testing the damp soil and when I added 2 cups of distilled water then testing the separated filtered water. This meter is easy to calibrate and connects easily to my phone. Nice meter for the price.

PH Meter arrived undamaged.Not yet used. Meter powers on.No Manual.Feel AAA battery design would have been much simpler for US consumers.Can someone please identify the correct batteries for future replacement?

Worked great for fermentation

This product has absolutely no sensible process to it. I have no idea how they're trying to calculate and calibrate the Ph. It wants to assume that a Ph solution of 7.0 and 10.01 are both a Ph of 10.01. and a Ph 4.0 solution is a Ph of 7.01It's supposed to be "smart" and determine which solution is which. It doesn't go in order, it uses some sort of nonsense auto calibrate process. You can't even reset the product to retry calibration. It just continuously gets worse and worse.Don't buy it. You're better off using moon crystals to get a more accurate reading.
