Works as a sterilizer for brewing.
My local brew shop closed and I decided to switch from starsan to a different sterilizer. I brew mead and this worked in sterilizing my most recent batch materials. Its been brewing for 5 months and there are no signs of contamination so the product works.

Decent for what it is
Honestly recommended putting it into a mason jar for easier storage. But it seems to work well just doesn't dissolve perfectly so you will probably need to do a quick rinse depending on what you are using it for.

Measurements off?
Use this to sanitize my mead making components. I dont think you're supposed to use a whole TBS per gallon because it leaves a residue if you do. Found pretty good success using a TSP instead.
