The media could not be loaded. This was very easy to put together and all the parts fit together perfectly. I am 70 years old and put it together all by myself. I did have to have some help from my daughter in law to move it to where I wanted it after I had put it together because it is quite heavy. It’s beautiful, solid, and everything I wanted it to be. The fire is very realistic looking, however I wish it had a crackling fire sound built into it. I did order a small speaker from Amazon that had fire crackling sounds and sit it on the open shelf and it adds so much to the ambience. I love this and would highly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing an electric fireplace in an entertainment center.

Easy to put together, cherry color was what I was hoping for. The fireplace starts easily and has a blower to give out heat. It is very well made and will blend in nicely with my other furniture.

We were afraid that it would have some major damage from shipping as there was huge gashes in the box when it was dumped in my driveway and we finally discovered it. The foam packs inside protected it and there was no external damage, thankfully. It was fairly easy to assemble although it would have been easier with written instructions. The damage that it does have was obviously done at the factory and we have to re-glue and repair. The center support on the top came assembled but they over tightened the screws which splintered the veneer on both sides. If that gets touched it will all break off. Also, the veneer all along the top edge on one side is all warped up so we'll have to re-glue that before it gets pulled off. The pilot screw holes were only half done so we had to drill some ourselves and the one door hinge that had holes drilled made the door hang really low and rubs on the bottom. We don't know how to fix that yet. It will ruin the finish quickly. The back panels had the screws drilled off center so we haven't put those on yet either. The nice part is that the fireplace looks pretty and I hope to enjoy that often. Overall, it's a decent looking piece but for the cost, I wish the holes had been all drilled and the veneer undamaged.

We purchased this fireplace entertainment center to provide extra heat and to hold the television in our large master bedroom. The product was professionally delivered on a pallet with great care. It was perfectly packaged and arrived undamaged. We are an older couple but were able to follow the instructions and assemble the unit just fine. The fireplace flames are pretty, it provides great heat and is easy to use. The cherry wood finish is a perfect match to our bedroom furniture. This is a very nice product!

I like the enclosed doors and size of the complete unit. Fits perfectly in our living room.

Wow, this cabinet is so beautiful. It came without any damage and was easy to put together. The fireplace really works and kicks out heat too.

This product is wonderful for showing my figurine collection. The glass doors look so nice! Have not yet tried the heater but when the winter weather gets here, we will certainly be looking to put it to use!

Cabinet is much darker than pictured. Almost black. Finish had white specks in it on the front that I have been able to darken some with stain. Other than that, it looks good. Was not informed item ships in two separate shipments. Cabinet arrived first without fireplace which arrived a couple of days later. No problem assembling. Beautiful fireplace!
