This product is good and works 👍 The vibration is strong enough and the heat setting works very well. However, this item will shut off automatically when it’s been in use for some time. You will have to let it cool down to start it up again.

Powerful and small. Lightweight enough that I don't fatigue easily using it. My hubby is grateful I bought it! Works great on his tight muscles. The extra heat is very soothing.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is a good massager but one of my reasons for buying it was the heat element. Well, I can BARELY feel any heat at all. Lukewarm at best! That is disappointing. The massager has 2 settings, low and high, and they both work as expected. If you are interested in stronger heat, go with another brand.

I thought it would be heavier, but oh well. I use it to contour my body. On my face it reduced the appearance of jowls. Used it in my hair, but not pushing it on my scalp and it felt like I had brushed my hair. I dont know if it helps with hair growth but it helped me with brain fog, very very short term results but helps me through the work day often. If it breaks I'll get it again. Really good for improving circulation. Love it love it love it!!!!

For the last 10 years, we used a Homedics PA-1HWA. It was definitely not light, but had built in heat, memory foam grip, intensity slider, and 2 stage switch. It was well built and definitely had an even vibration. It was similar price as the one here.So when the older model’s cord became frayed and started to smell of a fire hazard it was time to get a new one.The price of this model was perfect. It also seemed to have all the same features, it in a more compact design. Having now qualms with a more compact design, we decided to try the HHP-285HJ-THP model out.Right out of the box, the size and weight were definitely an improvement. However, the minute we turned it on to test, we knew this was not even close to the old one.The vibration action is noisy and feels “loose” compared to the older model. A rattling sound can be heard when using. Only 2 speeds for the vibration action, and a separate switch for heat. Which honestly the switch situation was know prior to purchase, but definitely a downgrade from what we had before.I couldn’t find a rating for the older models vibrations per minute, but if this one is 3100 the other had to be 3100+.Either way, we are not happy with this unit and would not recommend due all the negatives listed above. Really wish we could buy the old unit, but we are looking at alternatives.

I returned it. The heat was lame and it was not strong at all. Oh and the cord was short.

This uses a physical slider switch to turn on and off. But it has a digital heat sensor to decide to shut itself off. And, as you can imagine...when it cools down enough it starts running again. Whether you're near the device or not. You absolutely MUST remember to shut it off...while it's off... or else it will suddenly jump to life wherever you set it down. I've found it cleared things off a table in the middle of the night before crashing to the floor on top of them on multiple occasions. There are 2 simple fixes to this they SHOULD have done - 1, go to a digital on-switch like everyone else, or 2, make it STAY off once the thermal sensor is triggered until the slider has returned to the off position. Having a thermal sensor is a safety thing and that's why hardly anyone uses a slider switch to turn on these kinds of devices anymore.

Could use a little longer cord, but a small extension cord fixes that. The wife loves it!

This product came quickly, was boxed well and the product was better than advertised. Made well, over all great quality.The massager has haley my shoulder and I already have less chiropractor appointments since this purchase. Best purchase I’ve made on Amazon to date!

Me gusto pero si no se debe de usar mas de 15 minutos como lo dicen las instrucciones porque se calienta el aparato, calidad muy buena de HoMedics.

This product quit working after 5-6 months of use. If Amazon doesn’t replace it I will be buying all my needs and gifts from other companies. I AM VERY UNHAPPYThanks Amazon for fixing the problem.
