This swimming cap is really nice. I had a hard time figuring it out ...
This swimming cap is really nice. I had a hard time figuring it out at first, but after a few minutes of messing with it, I figured it out. It was big enough to go over my ears so I can use it to keep my headphones from falling out of my head.I didn't use the nose plug or the ear plugs because I don't need to so I don't know much about those, but the larger headcap is really nice because I have a lot of hair! It covers really well.

Awesome for long-haired swimmers!!
Bought this cap for my sister. She's a swimmer and had always struggled with her long hair; she could never find the right cap, until we came across this one from Proswims.She's thrilled with this product as it contains all of her hair witouht it being too tight. Would probably buy more caps of this brand in th future.

Ripped upon stretching
Cap was defective right out of the package. It looked like a standard swim cap with no extra space for long hair. The cap edges appeared to have some kind of powder on it. I opened it to stretch if for inspection and it ripped immediately. Returned for refund.
