This company has awesome customer service! At first I sent a message and got a response about another item I bought (this is the third tweezer I've purchased). Then I replied and they sent one about the correct item. They really worked with me. They're great! The item above, honestly it's not for me because I feel the head doesn't close easily enough without me squeezing it and I'm more of a light hand if you know what I mean? The item is beautiful though and lightweight. I've purchased two isolator tweezers from them and I will continue to purchase from them because it's great quality and very useful in my eyelash business.

WOW! This is such a amazing little tool. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with it, it is the best tweezer and it changed my life! If you are like me as a eyelash technician and may take a little longer to do a full set (especially right now, since I’m still starting out) it will make your process go a lot quicker. It’s easy to use and yet so pretty. :)

Great quality! love these, just starting doing volume fans and these are AMAZING , they pick up the very well all the lashes! and are nice and light..

I've been using this product for almost a month now and I'm definitely liking the quality and price point. At first I was questioning whether it was going to be of quality and upon using it this past month I can now say its a good volume tool for lash technician professionals.Aside from the aesthetics these tweezers weigh a little bit more than some of the inexpensive lash tweezers out there which is a good thing.The second thing I like is its ability to pick up several lashes when doing volume lashes as it can easily pick up 10-15 lashes easily and will hold once you fan out and pick up the lashes a second time,The last thing I like is that so far with all the disinfectant tools I've been using, it has not peeled thus far so I'm assuming and hoping that the beautiful colour of this product will continue to last.Overall I would definitely repurchase and would certainly recommend!
