When it arrived, I was surprised it was so small, and a few things that I expected were not included, like a three point plug and a warning light to tell you the filter needs replacing. I decided to try it anyway, but it became clear this wouldn't work for my large bedroom. I did some investigating and found that the reviews (upon which I based my decision to purchase) were not for this model, but for a larger model. This is quite misleading and, had I realised this at the start, I would not have ordered this. I give credit to the seller, though, who responded immediately to my queries.

I bought this air purifier to put on my bedside cabinet. I was having trouble breathing during the night and wondered if it’s an allergic reaction to my cat and to dust. It worked immediately to improve the air quality and I no longer require my nasal spray. I have also stopped taking anti histamines. I am impressed with the compact size and the air purifier’s effectiveness. It is very easy to use with easy to follow instructions, if required. Thinking of buying a second one for the lounge and I would recommend this one.

I bought this for a large room based on reviews. Anything that is powered by a a USB lead as this is is not worth buying. I turned it on and I could not hear anything. You want to buy an air purifier that has some noise as in it's actually working. As it's powered by a USB cable (going into a phone charger plug you must supply) it's low voltage and NOT powerful. It has a working power of 2 Watts!!!! I bought another one on Amazon (ARVOV retails anywhere from £42-50) that was £5 more expensive and has 3 speeds, (and a working power of 29 Watts!!!) This RIGOGLIOSO purifier has just has an on (virtually no noise) mode and night mode. It may work for a small bedroom but for anything else you will need something a lot more powerful. It cost £37 and probably cost £5-8 to manufacture and maybe £12 for Amazon to buy. AVOID. Must be the placebo effect with the other positive reviews as this is definitely ineffective for anything more than a very small room or cupboard.

Bought it as my daughter struggles with a dry caugh from time to time. She seems to have some allergies, possibly dust and pollen, as it runs in family. She had a inhaler prescribed and tried antihistamines but it didn't work.The air purifier arrived next day after ordering it. It was the size that I wanted as its only for my daughters bedroom, which is medium size. I put it on straight away. It has got three settings - full mode, quiet mode and sleep mode. My daughter stopped caughing after the second night we had it on. I put it on before she goes to bed and close the door to her bedroom.I'm very happy with how quiet it is, how compact it is and how easy to use it is.You do need your own USB plug as it doesn't come with it. Saying that it is easy to use in any country really and take it with you

As an asthmatic with lots of allergies, I have found this device the most effective of all the gadgets I've used. I've definitely noticed a difference in my breathing at night; waking up less to use my inhaler and my eyes are noticeably depuffed. I highly recommend.
