Humboldt Hotsauce debuted our sauce line with Habanero Mango Hotsauce. Released in March 2010, this sauce has been a big hit throughout the west coast, a few pockets on the east coast, and internationally in Norway and New Zealand. The second product, Island Style Hotsauce, was released November 1st of 2011. The Island Style sauce has been very well received; Island Style is a Caribbean hot sauce balancing great taste and habanero heat with guava, mango, banana, and pineapple. Emerald Sauce, our third sauce, is mild heat and packed with the full flavor of Cilantro, Lime, and Ginger.
