So I'm happy. Its hard to get excited about it
Its a cable. It has a connector. It works with Plantronics EncorePro HW301. So I'm happy.Its hard to get excited about it, other than it has a new connector. Plantronics have changed that so you need to buy a new one when you replace a two year old headset.The guidance as to what fits what is now very confusing Why, Plantronics, Why?

Just perfect
I ordered this as mine was damaged. I had no idea if the cable would be compatible. My headset was given to me as a favour but I had no idea of what make it was. The cable fitted perfectly and my headset has been restored. Thanks for the detailed photos on the website I was able to order the correct cable. The sound quality is excellent.

Choose correct model number and end plug for yiur phone!
This version of the cord did not work with the Cisco phone. The one without the P in the code does. The end plugs are different colours. Black end plug does not work with cisco phone.

Works well, links the headset to the phone.enables us to carry our "personal" headsts arround, and simply plug in to the phone on whichever desk we are using today.Cheap, effective, reliable - and turned up o0n time.

I have had a Plantronics headset that wont work with any phone despite fitting in the correct socket on the phone, apparently the end colour is critical as some only work on Cisco phones, this works great with normal phone ystems.
