Update (6/22/23) - Okay so I see what everyone is saying about getting these on the squares, it took a lot of time are cursing to get these on my GWM5610, these also fit a GA2100 sort of. They aren't as snug as they are on the GWM5610 or GAW100 which makes me feel a little less confident in them, but I will keep using them for now until I find something else.ORIGINAL REVIEW - So to address what others are saying, you have to use your springbar tool to press down until the springbar ingages with the hole on the watch. I was pretty aggravated at first until I figured that out. The fit is tight and works as good as any other adapter. These are nice because they are metal and should last a while.

Impossible to instal. Barton, you could've just made a strap with quick release that went from 16mm to 22mm. This adapter is impossible to install.

The 16mm spring bars seemed to be too large in diameter and did not fit in the adapters. I chased the holes in the adapters with a very small drill bit and the spring bars were fitted without issues. Looks like some of the material used to coat the adapters dripped into the 16mm holes.The 22mm spring bars fit just fine.

This was very hard to install. The pins don’t really fit into the pin holes so even if it snaps in a few bays later and it will pop out. I recommend getting a micro drill and making the pin hole a bit bigger, also removing the plastic case off module may make it easier to install

I’ve worked on watches for years and these are garbage, don’t buy them . I can’t get them installed the dimensions are of for G-SHOCK 5600 series I can’t imagine they’d be good for anything else . I won’t be buying straps or anything from this company again which is a shame because the straps look good .

I scratched up the 5600 trying to put this on. The other reviewer is correct in that it doesn’t line up properly with the holes and you need to bend the pins. AVOID THIS adapter at all costs and get another brand one. This one is hot trash.

The pins do not line up with the lug holes on a DW-5600E. The pins need to be bent at each end to reach back far enough to reach the holes.
