A natural alternative to other weight loss shakes - tastes great and keeps me full for 4 hours!
I have lost weight in the past with other shakes, but always felt they were full of rubbish, so really liked the idea of a more natural shake. This tasted a bit strange at first, but I've been using them for around 2 weeks and really like the taste now (it's almost a bit malty, like Horlicks but not as strong). I've tried the chocolate and strawberry, but the natural honey flavour is my favourite - it's also fewer calories - made up as directed, the natural honey is around 270 calories, whereas the others are nearer 300. The shaker is great, washes easily and I have two, so make them both in the morning and put the other in the fridge ready for lunch. They taste even better if you can put them in the freezer for a few minutes before drinking! You're supposed to use 1.5% milk, but I've been using 1% (semi-skimmed is around 1.8%), which also saves a few calories and I haven't noticed a difference. I do think the packaging needs updating though - the chocolate & strawberry say 5 heaped scoops, which weigh far more than the suggested 50g (five heaped scoops = 50g for the natural honey version). Overall, I think it's great and does the job - I've been losing weight drinking two shakes and having a meal in the evening. Ordering from Amazon is so convenient as well!

Good and well priced food supplement !
This product deserves a 5 star because of it's simplicity when you are preparing it. The shaker is well made and gets the drink ready in only a few minutes of vigorous shaking. The plastic teaspoon provided is quite handy when you are one of those people who like perfection in measurements.There is nothing I don't like about this product. It is well priced and very affordable as compared to the Lipotrim products which cost a fortune, to have as a food supplement.I will definitely recommend this meal replacement product to people who wants a cheaper and convenient way of supplementing meals when needed to. Good value for money and job well done Yokebe movement !!

The shake was very filling and good for days if you are not doing very much
Did this for a couple of weeks. Naturally I lost a bit of weight as you would expect to, The shake was very filling and good for days if you are not doing very much, As with all these things if you are working you will be starving within a few hours of drinking this and no amount of fruit will cut it. I am at home with a young baby so easy for me to have a day of just staying in and pottering around the house (Do not think having a baby is easy by the way...i am very sleep deprived and need by carbs to keep me going) I did feel after a few days i was getting irritable. Good for Short term ie for a holiday/wedding or if you want to reduce your appetite - it did work for that. I have now been on a plant based healthy diet for 2 weeks and feeling much more energized. If you need to loose a lot of weight or have something long term I would consider whole foods and plant based.The other thing i noticed is the powder does not disolve very well. It leaves a horrible residue. Taste is OK - quite like vanilla milkshake

Good stuff, shaker ok
Good stuff, I use this when I don't have time for a proper breakfast and it seems to do the trick. No refined sugar like most meal replacements but still high in sugar even if it is natural so I try not to overdo it. Plain flavour but pleasant. The first package arrived with no shaker but Amazon were good at sorting out the issue. The shaker itself isn't great - the mixing grid bit is annoying to drink with while in place but also messy to remove. It's also very difficult to use in the car because it's not got a drinking spout. I like the slim design, ml markers and secure screwtop though and it feels pretty good quality. Unbeatable price from Amazon.

Lose weight a nice way.
Bought this product to aid in weight loss. Normally wary of meal replacement products due to other health issues but I had heard good things about this product. Now in my second week of using to replace one meal a day and have already seen a drop in weight which I have to say I am surprised at. The product is easy to mix, especially using one of the Yokebe shake cup. The cup has a measuring gradient on the side and a sieve like strainer that fits in the top which is perfect for aiding in the mixing of the shake and means no lumps of powdery sediment to contend with. The strawberry flavour is very nice. The natural honey I also like but have not tried the chocolate yet.Obviously results will be different for different people but I am pleased I started using this and will be continuing with it until I reach my goal.

Value for money but not very nice tasting.
Very good value for money but sadly the taste and texture let this down. Very easy to mix in the bottle but it has a rather grainy taste to it and I cannot detect the taste of honey. I have been mixing it with a different brand of chocolate weight loss powder and it is tolerable however I will not be buying again.

Superb shake!
One of the best products I have ever brought, without a doubt!Always been struggling with my weight, Yokebe shakes have helped me with first steps of eating clean. Within the first week you can see results. Been on them for 4 weeks now, 2 weeks of hard workout at gym and lost already a stone!Little hint to make it taste better - coconut milk "koko" dairy free. you can buy this in pretty much any supermarket. I have tried with water, and different types of milk but actually only with "koko" it tastes really nice.Couldn't have a day without Yokebe!Love it!! Highly recommended!
