Instant relief. Travel friendly
I’ve used this product now for about 17 years. It’s really good for niggling headaches or migraines. Really soothing. Small enough to chuck in a bag or in the car.

Works, but barely any product in the packaging
I have chronic migraines, so I really find this balm helpful. When you apply it to the area which is painful (the forehead or neck area), it gives an ice cold feeling to the skin which can be a great distraction when the migraine just won't calm down.Downside, I buy this item alot from this seller, and I've found the amount of product In each container to be really inconsistent, I have taken two pictures, one from newly opened balm a few weeks ago and one I've just opened today, and there's double the amount of product in one which I believe is the normal amount for this item when sold, and in the other there's around 2mm of product which is barely anything at all. And I've found that the lesser amount is what I generally end up with when I order, each balm says it should have 3.6g In it, so why is there such a huge inconsistency? I need to buy this item regularly as I really need it, and buying off amazon makes it so much easier, but i don't think its fair to sell a product if you know there's some sort of defect to the stock.And if the seller doesn't know, I hope this review brings it to their attention.

Cooling
I like to put this on my head and temples Just before I'm going to sleep as it has a nice cooling effect.

Nice cooling sensation but eye sensitivity
The cooling sensation is almost instant, and it distracts from the pain pretty well. The size of the tube is also nice as it's very portable. However, applying the menthol stick to the forehead sometimes makes my eyes sting from the vapours.
