Very sticky and thermally conductive
Had to double up 2 of these to attach a heatsink to the backplate of a graphics card. Using just one didnt provide the required thickness but stacking 2 did the job. Very sticky when used correctly!

good seller, only 4 stars atm as I've not actually tested it out.
seller very good, it got returned by Royal Mail to them, so they re-sent it out to my works address instead of my home address at my request so very happy with seller. The product itself looks good, 8cm x 8cm. Its well made, maybe 1-2mm thick. It's fibre glass reinforced so it'll be tough yet flexible. It's also cleverly colour coded, pink hot side, yellow cold side. I'm not sure if it'll cope with a peltier modules heat output, but thought I'd give it a go and see for my coolbox I'm modding to use 3 x peltier modules instead of the x 1 that came with the coolbox. It'll be running off a solar powered leisure battery so I'm not worried too much about efficiency. I will test with a thermo-couple and post the results vs thermal paste later. If it keeps my beers cool summer camping holidays then I'll be a very happy man.

Does the job brilliantly, perfect!
Bought this to fix some mini copper heat sinks to some eMMC chips etc. on a Lattepanda SBC.Arriving in simple packaging, this square of adhesive tape needs to be simply cut to size and the film on one side removed and the tape affixed to the surface followed by the removal of the film on the other side at which point you attach your cooling component. Job done, this managed to bring the temperatures down a few degrees and the heat sinks do feel quite well attached. The packaging CLEARLY states on the front that this is NOT suitable for CPU/GPU applications - you need thermal compound adhesive for that instead.Great product that does exactly as I expected. If you have found this review helpful, please let me know by hitting the “helpful” button! or if you have any questions then feel free to ask :)

really good product
My husband likes taking old heatsinks out of old PC's and he uses this Thermal Tape to re-use the heatsinks in his PC to help with Passive cooling, he loves the stuff, it would have got 5 stars if there was a bit more of it in the oversized packet it comes in

Handy stuff
As the other reviews state, it works perfectly fine as long as you don't try to use it to replace thermal paste on your CPU (but I am sure I need not warn anyone of this - who would attempt such a foolish endeavor?)What I can add is that one side of the backing is glossy, and the other is paper-like, allowing you to make markings with a pencil for cutting out the right shape. The backing also comes off easily enough - it's not too fiddly.

Four Stars
You don't get much to play with but it does its job.

Expand the life of your ICs
If you're into retro computing, then you will want to keep those IC's cool to give them the maximum life span possible.Dead simple to apply, cut to size, peel off one side, stick onto the chip, peel off the other side and place on your heatsink.Heat transfer is good, not as good as dedicated thermal adhesive, but good enough for ICs that get hot to the touch. Also since this is not permanent you can carefully remove the heatsink with a blunt butter knife or flat bladed screwdriver.
