Fits perfect
Found a high-end Pioneer receiver in a thrift store dirt cheap and grabbed it. It was missing the wiring harness, this one fit perfect and the deck works great! I also bought the IPbus adapter to add an aux input and that worked great too!

RE: Pioneer Radio Harness
I was really amazed at how easy it was to find and order the radio harness. Especially when I'm not real familiar with using a computer yet. The harness fit and works good thanks amazon.

Works but beware of wire colors
The harness fits fine but at least 2 of the wires were different colors than an original harness. Just compare the wire colors to an original before installing. I used the harness along with a Crutchfield adapter harness to connect a Pioneer deck to a Mach 460 amplifier. The Pioneer deck was missing the original harness.

Do not buy for the DEH-P3900MP
Does not fit the DEH-P3900MP as stated in the info.... Waste of time, money, wiring equipment. Do not buy for this model, plug is to large.

Good replacement
Good replacement for the plug/harness that I already had connected to my stereo. There is an orange/white wire that isn't described or listed, so be sure to read what is printed on the wires themselves before connecting them. No issues with it so far.

Good wires, tight connection
The wiring harness worked very nicely for what I was doing (mating it to a Pioneer deck I already owned), the wires were clearly labeled. The only problem I have is that this harness isn't made by Pioneer, so the actual plug fit is very tight. Takes a lot of effort to actually put in and remove. Nothing crippling though, I'd buy another one if I had to.

Yup.
It did exactly what it was supposed to, what more do I need to say? It had wires and fit the radio. score.

and it was easy to install
Thanks to the application chart the seller provided on the post, I got the exact type, and it was easy to install.
