We use these napkins ALL the time and they still look new! I line dry them in case I see any stains after washing so I can still try to get it out but I haven't seen one yet. I also prefer to line dry so they're less wrinkled. While they're not particularly soft, we don't feel that they're too rough either. The fabric is thick and feels like quality.

These napkins do live up to the description in every way except the size… they are not 20x20.. they are more like 20x17… so if you are trying to do tricky fold that requires a square these are nit going to work. Also they will need much ironing after washing.

We had a bit of a discussion here about the checkered pattern looking like fakey-country kitchen in a very not that kind of look home, but I went ahead and got these and am delighted by the aesthetic. I think it's not so much what you get, but how you use it. These go very well with some white dishes we have, and I think black/white checks fit in nicely with whatever is being served on the dishes offering substantial splash of necessary color. So I'm sold on the aesthetic.More importantly though, is these napkins are truly 100% cotton (unlike much of what tries to pass on that by lying). They are soft, large and hold their shape without requiring pressing (they will certainly conform to ironing, if you so desire). I grew up in a home where we had A set of napkins to go with THE set of dishes. I'm enjoying mixing it up with multiple sets of dishes and multiple sets of napkins.I'm very fond of these and gingham does not always equal "Wizard of Oz" farm-y, with which there's nothing wrong, but checkered has its own vibe independently of its perceived sense; be creative.

Awesome size for big meals. I also use them to make a matching set as placemats that are so easy to wash and reuse. Very durable and high quality

Great accessory for my table clothes collection, I love to receive friends and this accessory will be very useful here at home, they are beautiful, with great care and excellent beneficial cost.
