The lamp is nice looking. It feels secure once fitted. I just need to remind myself how to remove it every time but that is just me being a bit thick... It is quite bright and it has a few options to choose from. These will affect how long the battery last, as expected. Overall, I am very happy with the price, features and quality from this brand. I also bought another one for the front, so you could say I am a repeat customer

This is a bright rear cycle light with one steady and two flashing settings. It comes with batteries included which is always good and a mount which I assume is for a seat post. I also ordered the CatEye Rear Multi-Mount Bracket as I wanted to fit the light to my pannier rack and this worked out really well. I normally cycle during the daytime and wear hi-viz clothing but if it’s a bit gloomy or I’m on a route with lots of overhanging trees etc this light is perfect.

This gives me a basic compliance light, using replaceable batteries and a good range of mounting options for a minimal outlay.I like the clean simplicity and value for money, and that I can change the batteries when out and about if needed.I am less impressed by the intensity and spread of light. In my view, it is bare minimum, which may not be enough for intense traffic/riding conditions or your full peace of mind. The angle at which the light is set is highly important to achieve good visibility for the eye-line of following traffic. That said, the light is unlikely to offend other motorists as it is not “too bright” which some more expensive lights tend to be. I guess it is all a balance between what you want and what you need for your riding conditions, convenience, and budget.Would I buy again? For my purposes, yes.

My first thought was, this is a bit smaller than my old Omni 3, that I wanted to add to in order to improve visibility further. I wondered if it would be as powerful. I shouldn't have worried.It's better. Brighter, smaller, lighter. Cateye are the best in my opinion. I have had them for years with no problems.Even better is that it runs on AA batteries, not rechargeable. This means a) no limited product life, it will last a lifetime of cycling and more! b) when you don't quite know if your batteries have enough left for a trip, just stick a couple of new ones in a pocket and you're good to go. Less stress worrying if you will get home in time, and less charging (using electricity) "just in case".Happy.

The push button did not work so I couldn't turn the light on, it would click and then nothing. If I kept pushing my finger on the button I could keep one LED lit on until I moved my finger. Not particularly useful when cycling.I've always liked the Catseye make but in comparison to their other lights It felt of cheap and not like the others. I'll be giving Catseye a miss in future from now on.

If you’re looking for a relatively cheap rear light for your bike then this is definitely the one to go for. I was after a unit that would distribute light so that I not only could be seen by someone approaching directly behind me but also from more of a side angle too. Strapping a couple of red LEDs to a battery and turning it on is schoolboy stuff but the lens on this lamp has been superbly designed to direct the majority of the light from the LEDs directly behind you so you can be spotted from a distance, but also leaves enough spare to allow it to project out to the sides too - I’ve tried to show the pattern it projects in my hallway to give you an idea.Mounting the light is easy with the post clamp, or you can attach it to your belt, bag or helmet with the included clip.Protection from water ingress may not be the best - you pry open the unit with a coin to change the batteries and it just snaps shut onto a rubber seal. I haven’t had an issue yet though.

Enfin une lumière qui se voient de loin. Très sécuritaire pour les cyclistes qui circule sur le bord de la chaussée. Je recommande fortement ce produit !

After many misses, I have stuck with this one for over a year now. Haven’t changed the battery since I bought. I ride 3 times a week, mostly in the evenings and must have used the rear light on blink mode for more than 200 hrs. It is the best, both robust and durable.

Je cherchais une solution pour un vélo enfant où la selle est au plus bas et sans porte-bagage. Grâce au support qui permet d’incliner la lumière, j’ai pu l’accrocher sur le côté de la roue et l’orienter correctement.Au top avec les piles incluses et la possibilité d’utiliser des AAA rechargeables.

Toujours satisfait de cette marque bon produit.Fiable.Produit utilisé tout l’hiver en 2019 pas de déception je recommande

Calidad, perfecto para usar de día y de noche, versatilidad por la gama de soportes que trae, se alimenta de pilas AAA, por lo que para mi gusto, es un buen plus y un excelente precio, ahora quiero compara la luz delantera de cinco leds, estoy seguro que es una muy buena opción
