I was hesitant about this, but I have to say it does feel like it supports you well. I've been using it whilst at my desk and it stops me slouching.Bonus is it pulls your belly in quite a lot! Don't recommend wearing it too tight for long periods. If you hahe lower back issues like me, you should be strengthening your core. If you wear this too much, my guess is it can relax those muscles too much. Not good in the long run.Definitely recommend this

I was not sure if this would be any good as I have suffered with back pain for a long time.This actually works and is very strong, the elastic is great, I did purchase a small at first but it was too small so sizing could be a bit better, very good item and a good price!!

This heavy duty back brace really helps if you have lower back pain. I had strained my back and was really struggling. Ordered the brace which arrived quickly and noticed a reduction in pain within half an hour. I like that the straps are similar to seat belt material so they can really take the strain.Highly recommended for times you need a little support!
