This plant was dead within a week. Attempt to contact company through provided email failed due to bad email address. When call was received from Susan at Altman she hung up when she found out I had an issue. Luckily Amazon stoodBehind the purchase and refunded the full amount

They arrived undamaged, green,healthy. They are still doing well. I use rainwater only, no tap water.No new growth or size change but it's only been a month

I've had to look up care instructions but I don't know when this plant was last fed or watered which runs the risk of it getting over fed or watered. Have not been able to get it to eat and struggling to keep it alive. Definitely would have been nice to have some instructions.

I recvd this and it was half dead and it died a couple days later. When I reached out to the seller they quickly sent a replacement and that one died a week after I got it

I ordered my plant really not knowing enough, I had to buy a small grow lamp, carnivorous plant soil, and making sure I use only distilled water. I think I've gotten the hand of it because I bought my venus arrived December 12 and today it is January 28th and my plant is now thriving. Don't purchase this plant lightly if you don't plan on making certain accommodations for it. I love it though! I took two photos, the first is when it arrived and the second was taken last night.

I was surprised at how nice this plant looked upon arriving. I've had it two weeks now and it's been doing so well. It even has a new trap or two growing. Very impressed!

I was so excited about this, but it arrived dead.

I assumed the product would be larger and in better condition than mine arrived….been 3 days out of the box and it is still over watered and wilted.
