E. T. is wonderful in this set
We love the realistic figure and the cute accessories in this set. I expected the record player to look more like the Fisher Price one that my son had but maybe my memory is off. I haven't gone back and watched the movie.

E.T. phoning home was never so much fun!
E.T.'s communicator is shockingly accurate in this deluxe set. Between this toy and still frames from the movie I was able to make a nice prop replica for an E.T. charity event.

Technically it’s still an E.T…?
The media could not be loaded. So I ordered the deluxe 40th anniversary E.T. direct from Amazon prime and Amazon sends me a Predator… I mean technically it’s still an extra terrestrial… but I wanted THE one and only E.T. The five star review is because if it was the actual ET I would totally give it 5 stars. This one is getting sent back though.

Ultimate figures are great, but leave it to neca, price gouging on the shipping. Why am I paying for Amazon prime

As an admirer of 80's and 90's movies, I loved these toys for kids over 35 lol. I got 2 versions of Gremlins, 1 of Predator 2, 1 of E.T and I'm waiting for Jason, Friday the 13th. All from NECA. It's a collector's toy and it would be a crime to leave it in the hands of a child who hasn't seen these movies yet. Super recommend the purchase and recommend leaving exposed on a shelf away from children. lol
