Excellent value and well thought-out dies
Brilliant well made dies to make centre stepper cards. I love this and have made several cards. You need an A4 size machine as the main die is this long and I have used 250 gsm card so far with no problem. It cuts out and creases where necessary which you then fold as required. Extra dies are provided with scalloped edges so that you can cover the front and back (if you wish) of the card with patterned paper of your choice and dies for the sides and bottom sections. It's one of the best dies I've ever used and making stepper cards (for males and females) is now a breeze. Wish I'd found it a long time ago.

This is a great die. I always have problems measuring for stepper cards but now I don't need to bother. It is quick and easy to use and all the little dies with it fit perfectly in the card. I will be using this time and time again. At this price you can't go wrong.

press cut centre stepper card die review
Thank you, well packaged, good delivery time. Die, on completion, was smaller than I expected (so I will have to look for a larger CENTRE STEPPER DIE toaccommodate what I need). The main part of this die is quite flimsy and I did find the enclosed magnetic sheet was not really strong enough to hold on to all the pieces. When using this die on your machine you will get the best results if you place all your pieces on your machines magnetic shim first. OVERALL, for the price, Good cut, score lines in correct place

Great set of dies
Great little die. Cuts and scores well. The matting elements allow a finished card really quickly and the end result looks good. There is also an insert die that lets you cut to exact size. Well pleased with this and have used it several times already. I have an a4 machine but it would be possible to use this with a smaller machine, but you would have to move your card around.

This is one of the worst dies I have ever bought and e pensive for what it does. There are no instruction. The cuts and creases do not line and the uncut card surface is about 4 inch by 3 (71/2 cm by 10cm) maximum. The card does not stand up even with 300 card stock. The finished card looks unprofessional. I bought this die because of the 5 star review. I now wonder how many are genuine.

Poor quality
Surprised how many are pleased with this die as it's poor quality. On first cut the die bent as so thin. The only way I can get a good cut is by washi taping the die to the cardstock. Which is obviously not how it should be. I have given 2 stars as at least I can get a cut. I will never buy another Presscut die though, especially as it's not even cheap.

A quick and simple way to make a card
This die is quick and easy to use. It is slightly smaller than an A4 sheet needed to make the main cut, but you can use the excess card on something else if you don't wish to throw it away. The main part of the cutting die works well with the E-bosser I have and the small panels will just about fit on the little Saphire machine.I keep it on its own magnetic sheet that was supplied which I find very handy. The centre section will take a page from Hunkydory Little book series (with a bit of a trim) as I'm planning to use this die for most of my Christmas cards this year - no inserts needed, and providing you don't go made on the decorating and embellishments will fit in an envelope without the extra postage. There are other Centre Stepper Card die sets that are more expensive, but they do have more dies to complicate you with so many options that you spend all your time trying to decide what to use. This set is uncomplicated with just the basic dies needed to make a quick and simple but effective card. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because it doesn't fit in any of my usual die storage files, but because it has it's own magnetic sheet I can keep in in an A4 folder in a plastic A4 sheet.

Brilliant
I have often struggled to cut & fold centre stepper cards in the past. Tricky measurements & getting the lines straight. So when I saw this die I thought that's for me.It's fabulous. Cuts cleanly every time. The fold lines are embossed for you.The die set has apart from the main card,a back panel,2 side strips & A bottom strip.the whole setis on a magnetic sheet. It is a long die so requires a longer than normal or A4 machine bed.
