Poorly packaged and arrived damaged
The product arrived in a plastic envelope that was too small, which meant that the banner arrived very creased and folded in places. It was cheap so not worth the aggravation of sending back but I was very disappointed with it as it was too creased to use as a decoration for my son’s first birthday party.
