I've used SBR before so i know it's the stuff to use.I used it for priming a concrete floor before tiling.Also for priming bare plaster before tilingYou should always use this, NOT pva as that leaves a skin, unlike this product which is a perfect primer/sealer

Or decorative patio as the wife says, mix in with the cement and it has great adhesion. This also is great when plastering in garage door frame with some sharp sand. Great product

I've been using this to mix mortar for fillet pointing after watching it on a youtube video. I was fearful at first but its sticky as a sticky thing and works brilliantly to adhere pointing to stonework and has set hard as stone but promises flexibility and waterproofing that I wouldn't have got with a mix made with water. Much cheaper than comparable products available locally from various DIY outlets and arrived next day. Can heartily recommend.

Made the render mix very hard but be careful too much and it sets quick . Go steady with it .
