Great addition
These are a great addition to anything you have for a home set up. I can't afford to go to a regular gym so having as much as I can at home is great, especially since I'm disabled so getting in what little I can do is important. These resistance bands are great for toning and adding tension when you've finally built up some muscle when you were really weak before but still can't manage or do weights. These are just all around great to have in your arsenal

Good but not the best quality
Many of the super high quality bands provide almost too much resistance. These are not as heavy duty and are perfect for certain exercises. I bought them for this reason and I am satisfied them

Stinky fabric bands but true light-heavy weight
Fabric bands are less likely to roll than latex. For fabric bands, I prefer a wider band to these narrow ones. They have an off-putting strong chemical smell. I only kept them cause my wider ones didn't come with a HEAVY band as expected.

Each one has a different level of elasticity
I was confused at first, never having used these before and they are no labeled, but each band has a different difficulty level so start out with the one with the most give, especially if you are new using them, or any type of work outs. I started with the tightest one and random and was about to give up!

Sturdy Resistance Bands
These bands are very durable because of the fabric material. They don’t slip while performing exercises. They are much more compact than I originally thought, but this makes them easy to pack up and take anywhere. Overall I highly recommend. Set of solid resistance bands with a great range of resistance strength. Much more durable than rubber bands.

Some stretch, some don’t.
You get what you pay for. Two out of the five stretch but the other three don’t which doesn’t make sense to me.

Very low quality
I've had other sets of resistance bands that were much nicer than this. The fabric on these is really thin and feels stiff and brittle. They don't really have gripping material inside like the others. I was really disappointed in the quality. I would recommend looking for a better set.
