I finally had time to use this thing and IT DOES NOT WORK!!!It plays my old cassettes, but I bought it to convert my cassettes to mp3.It does NOT capture ANYTHING on USB, nor anything else.You get what you pay for.Back to Best Buy I go for anything worth having.

This works fine. I am converting tapes from the 1970s into MP3s.No dropped frames, easy to install and use, editing the track is simple and effective.Much more advanced than I expected.

Exactly as expected. Cheaply built, but works great. speaker quality is lacking. Perfect for what I needed it for though.

Seemed to start working with the first tape. With the second tape it would start recording and then automatically stop mid-tape. When I tried to restart it the player started pulling the tape out of the cassette and jammed. I tried a couple other tapes with the same result. Now when I put in a tape the player just makes clicking sounds for FF and Rewind. When I push play now it the play button just pops out and won't play. After ruining three tapes and being unable to get it to work at all I am returning it.

An excellent little piece of equipment. Have used it a couple of times & although some of the marks on it are difficult to read, I managed and now look forward to recording some precious tales of the family before the tapes are useless. Recommend! Fast delivery & good price.
