Cyclamatic GTE PRO Step-Through Electric Bike with Lithium-Ion Battery

I ordered this bike on 14th Dec. as a Christmas present for my wife. It arrived 20th Dec. which was fine by me.As mentioned by many, the instructions are entirely useless, but I was able to complete the assembly without them. It is well worth downloading the instruction manual for the onboard electronic controller from the internet. The bike is fairly heavy and not suitable for anybody under 5' 6" or of slight build, in my opinion. It is a very impressive machine that performs extremely well and is very versatile on the road. In common with one or two other reviewers, I have found that some spokes are a little loose and I may have to tighten them, and also that the wiring connection for the headlight was broken, which I have had to repair - slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. My main gripe over this purchase is with the supplier who has shown little support and much intransigence regarding an issue I had with a tyre tube. The bike arrived 20th Dec. and, upon assembly was found to have a puncture to the rear inner tube caused by a damaged rim tape round the wheel that did not protect the inner tube from the spoke ends. As it was so close to Christmas, I took the bike to a local cycle shop, who found the problem and replaced the damaged parts quickly and with expertise. I sent photos of the broken rim tape and pierced inner tube to the supplier, together with the bill for the repair. They replied that, had i contacted them first, they would have sent replacement parts to fix the issue, but would not entertain any claim for costs incurred. I replied that I did not buy a second grade item and was not impressed with the idea of having to carry out repairs to a brand new, full priced item, and did not have the time or the inclination to return the cycle due to a flat tyre, just days before Christmas. They did not make any further response of any worth, which I find to be unacceptably below standard for a supplier of an item of such a value. In summary, its a big thumbs up for the bike, but an equally large thumbs down to the supplier.

I love this bike. It’s very responsive, lite, easy to handle. The step through makes this bike usable even with stiff joints. The handle bar position sits you more upright so your not stooping your back. Seat comfy.

Fantastic bikes we love them good quality and can pedal without assistance from battery which is great click onto assist when hills ahead would recommend I'm 4 foot 11 inches and step through great feel safe husband is taller and great for him too....

I love the bike,but as others have said it is not as easy as they say to put together - the instructions are awful not written in engish not this companys fault the manufacturers. Having said that it works a treat, though at 5' 4" it is only just feasable to ride and if you are smaller I would rethink.

I have had 2 electric bikes before but this one tops the other bikes the step through makes it so much easy to get on and of and so easy on the controls I have and will keep telling every one how great this bike and the seller Thank you

The delivery of the bike was first rate, easy to put together well pleased.Would reccomend this to friends an family.

This bike had poor threading on the pedal attachment to the crank arm. Therefore the pedal fell off whilst riding, causing a very dangerous situation on the road. We have tried to get a refund for two weeks, no one answers the phone and I'm still battling a refund. They sent a replacement pedal, despite us saying it was a problem with the crank arm, and no pedal can be attached because the threading has gone. I do not recommend the bike for all the headache and stress it has caused.

Once the initial snags with the battery and charger were resolved by the Technical Team, the Cyclematic is excellent. It provides great support forascending some of the very steep inclines that are part of my everyday commute. Although there were some technical glitches the Tech Team kept me fully informed by e-mail and resolved the issues post haste.
