Very comfortable
Love the fit of this mask!! Super soft and well cushioned. The Bluetooth hooked up super easy. You may have to adjust where the speakers are in relation to your ears. All in all it’s a really great value for the cost. I have 2 of them. One for the house, and one in my Peterbuilt.

Love
I bought this to help me stay asleep during the day. I'm a night shift nurse but I find it hard to sleep when the sun is out. This eyemask is amazing! It's contoured so it doesn't smash my lashes. I also love that it has built in Bluetooth sound so I can listen to my white noise it she's off after an hour. Plus only I can hear it Noone around me can hear what it's playing. Status charged a long time. I've only charged it once since getting it, I got it about a month ago. I totally recommend this.

Dependability & Comfort
The Renpho sleep mask is very comfortable, blocks light well, and easy to use. This is the second time I've purchased this particular mask. The charging port in the first mask snapped loose within the power pod on the front of the mask, and it was out of warranty.I sleep with my mask nightly. The thickness of the padding took a couple of nights to get used to with the first mask. But, like all padding, it does tend to thin out some with repeated use. Because the padding is so thick, in the beginning, the sound is dampened quite a bit. The manufacturers need to upgrade the speakers to allow for more increased volume. But, as the padding thins, this does tend to resolve itself for the most part. And, because I use the mask nightly, I find it resolves itself fairly quickly. Some minor changes have been made since my original purchase. The headphones are adjustable within the mask; up/down, backwards/forwards by pinching next to the speaker. Again, in the beginning, because of the density of the padding, this may take some moderate manipulation, but they will eventually move. The velcro straps allow you to adjust the mask for comfort and better headphone alignment, as well. However, two changes I'm not happy about.1. The battery life. With my original mask, the battery would last 2-3 nights before requiring recharge. With this mask I have to charge it every day. Given the reason I had to repurchase the mask (the charging port snapped loose), I'm concerned about the added stress caused by regularly plugging and unplugging the device.2. The original mask communicated the percentage level of battery life left in the battery of the mask to whatever device I was currently connected via Bluetooth. The newer version does not do that. As a result, even though the indicator light has shone a steady red indicating a full charge, the mask has not consistently been fully charged and has died during use. It would help if I could confirm the battery strength before use to continue charging if necessary.Lastly, I find the thickness of the velcro straps to be annoying, at times. The corner does get caught in my hair on occasion.Overall, I do recommend this mask. I've tried quite a few. And despite the Renpho's minor inconveniences, it is still a very comfortable and dependable product.

The 4 built in sounds are unusable.
This mask, like its competitors offers built in sounds or Bluetooth connections. On start-up it defaults to its built-in sounds, of which there are only 4. I only like the rain track but it’s only 30 seconds long with a dead air pause between loops. It’s like you were driving through a steadying rain and every 30 seconds you drive under an overpass. I need more than 30 seconds to fall asleep. Anyone who would not find that pause antithetical to the mask’s purpose probably doesn’t need white noise to fall asleep with to begin with. If they had only took the trouble to remove the pause, I’d give the mask 4 stars. The Bluetooth option requires a long press after start-up and of course interaction with your Bluetooth device to start playing tract. I use a suitable track my Amazon Music app, in which there is no discernible end or beginning to the loop. If I use the timed-off feature, my iPhone will stop playing an Amazon Music track. However an older white noise generator app that I like because I can create the perfect mix of sounds, will start playing from the phones speakers when the mask times off which is annoying. Starting a track from your phone when you first go to bed is easy enough, but I need it more to help me fall back to sleep, which means restarting the mask, long-pressing to Bluetooth and then restarting the track from my phone, which is not so convenient in the middle of the night. The other option is to not have the mask shut off automatically. The problems with that are I don’t necessarily want sound playing in my ears for long periods while I’m sleeping and since the mask has only a 10 hour runtime between charges, it would mean having to charge the phone daily. On the plus side, the mask defaults to built-in sounds at start-up and starts with the last track you were playing, both of which are desirable for a quick restart when trying to fall back to sleep. If it had a few more sound options, with longer loops and seamless looping, I could give this product 5 stars.

Don’t waste your time or money.
They try to offer you a 20% refund instead of honoring their warranty when you realize the battery doesn’t work for the time advertised. They try to get you to use some sketchy website to upload a video. They try to skirt Amazon’s consumer protection policies. Don’t waste your time or money.

Feels good on the face
I got a few of these as Christmas gifts and they were very comfortable with a nice plush cushion around the eyes, face, and head. Everyone who I gave them to said they loved the way they felt. As far as connecting the blue tooth I had mixed reviews which meant the rating for putting into operation couldn't be rated high like I initially hoped to do. Either way this is a great sleep mask for anyone who has a problem sleeping with light. The blue tooth is a nice feature if you're not having problems getting it to connect.
