I also have a Downlite Dupioni Silk down alternative comforter which cost me $160 5 years ago. I was tired of the color and it needed restuffing probably a year ago. I ordered this for a change of color and for the bamboo alternative, (I prefer natural fibers close to my skin for feel aND temperature control).. OMG! I don't know how I ever lived without this 'till now! I hate to get out of bed it is so luxurious. I liked the 'Stiffer' look of the all cotton under fabric, but I'll live with the more shape-comforming softer fabric of the bamboo any day. Superior product with the caveat that there was one spot where the stitching was not done to expected quality. But in this day and age where everything is made in China, expected quality is a thing of the past. I will make a stitch or two because I just don't want to do without it for one night!

comfortable and nice and warm
We found this comforter to be very soft, comfortable and nice and warm. However we washed it in our top loader machine and it caused the inner parts (not the edges) to bunch up on the inside :( We contacted the seller and have not heard back, it's been weeks. I wonder if a front loader may have been better for washing.

Wish it was fluffier
I was hoping the blanket would be fluffier and thicker, so I will need to get one that is, but I do love this blanket!

Does Not Hold Up
Super comfortable comforter but fell apart second day of use. Sending it back - not worth the price if it doesn't hold up.
